TONI'S QUICK CHILI

Natural, Gluten-Free

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ lbs Walnut Acres Longhorn Ground Beef
1 cup organic onion, chopped
½ cup organic green pepper, chopped
½ cup organic red pepper, chopped
2 organic garlic cloves, minced
½ tbsp Frontier Chili Powder
1 ½ tsp Simply Organic Oregano
1 ½ tsp Simply Organic Basil
¼ tsp Simply Organic Crushed Red Pepper
1 ½ tsp Simply Organic Cumin
1 tsp Hain Salt
1, 16 oz can Muir Glen Organic Whole Tomatoes, undrained
1, 16 oz can Muir Glen Organic Diced Spicy Tomatoes, undrained
1, 8 oz can Muir Glen Organic Tomato Sauce
1, 6 oz can Muir Glen Organic Tomato Paste
2, 15 oz Eden Organic Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

DIRECTIONS:
Brown beef over medium heat in a large stockpot. Drain excess fat. Add onion, peppers and garlic. Stir in chili powder, oregano, basil, red pepper and cumin. Mix well. Cook until onions are tender. Add salt. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, paste and beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 - 40 minutes.
