2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
2 tbsp red curry paste
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
4 scallions, minced (white parts only)
1 pound ground turkey breast
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Mango chutney
DIRECTIONS:
Fire up the grill! In a bowl combine garlic, curry paste, ginger, scallions, turkey, salt and basil. Mix to combine but do not compact. Form into balls or small burgers. Brush both sides with olive oil. Grill until thoroughly cooked. Serve or top with mango chutney.
