SWEET POTATO PIE

Organic, Gluten-Free

INGREDIENTS:
1 Wholly Wholesome Whole Wheat Pie Crust
3 Greenawalt Farms egg whites
3/4 cup Sugar in the Raw Sugar
1 tsp Simply Organic Cinnamon
½ tsp Celtic Sea Salt
½ tsp Simply Organic Ginger
¼ tsp Frontier Organic Ground Cloves
1/3 tsp Frontier Organic Allspice
2 cups Farmers Market Organic Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Organic Valley 1% Lowfat Milk

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425°. Set aside pie crust. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 425° for approx 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350° and continue baking for about 45 more minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove pie from oven and cool. Chill in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours. Serve with vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
