HOT REUBEN DIP

Recipe is compliment of Lori Bakes' cookbook – “Lori Bakes Gluten Free”

Serving: 10-12

INGREDIENTS:
1, 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup drained sauerkraut
¼ lb GF corned beef, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp GF spicy dark brown mustard
1/3 cup GF mayonnaise
½ cup GF Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tbsp dry minced onion flakes
½ tsp caraway seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Place into a small 1 ½ - 3 quart crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  4. Dip can stay warm for up to 2 hours.
  5. Dip can also be placed into a 9” glass greased baking dish and baked at 350 for 30 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with Almost Rye Bread chunks found in the Bread and Rolls section of this cookbook or from Mary's Gone Caraway GF Crackers.servings
