HOT REUBEN DIP
Recipe is compliment of Lori Bakes' cookbook – “Lori Bakes Gluten Free”
Serving: 10-12
INGREDIENTS:
1, 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup drained sauerkraut
¼ lb GF corned beef, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp GF spicy dark brown mustard
1/3 cup GF mayonnaise
½ cup GF Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tbsp dry minced onion flakes
½ tsp caraway seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Place into a small 1 ½ - 3 quart crockpot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Dip can stay warm for up to 2 hours.
- Dip can also be placed into a 9” glass greased baking dish and baked at 350 for 30 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve with Almost Rye Bread chunks found in the Bread and Rolls section of this cookbook or from Mary's Gone Caraway GF Crackers.servings
