REUBEN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz sauerkraut, drained
12 oz corned beef, broken into small pieces
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Thousand Island salad dressing
2 tb sp melted butter
¼ cup GF "rye" bread pieces
DIRECTIONS:
- Place sauerkraut in casserole dish.
- Top with corned beef then cheese.
- Combine mayonnaise and dressing.
- Spread over cheese.
- Melt butter, stir in bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 20-30 min @ 350. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
