REUBEN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz sauerkraut, drained
12 oz corned beef, broken into small pieces
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Thousand Island salad dressing
2 tb sp melted butter
¼ cup GF "rye" bread pieces

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place sauerkraut in casserole dish.
  2. Top with corned beef then cheese.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and dressing.
  4. Spread over cheese.
  5. Melt butter, stir in bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole.
  6. Bake 20-30 min @ 350. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
