Organic, Natural, Gluten-Free
INGREDIENTS:
2 beaten Greenawalt's Local Eggs
1 ¾ cups Farmer's Market Pumpkin
¾ cup Bulk Organic Evaporated Cane (Sugar)
½ tsp Hain Sea Salt
1 tsp Simply Organic Cinnamon
½ tsp Simply Organic Ginger
¼ tsp Simply Organic Ground Cloves
1 can Santini Evaporated Milk
1 El Peto or Wholly Wholesome unbaked pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
Beat eggs and pumpkin together. Combine rest of ingredients with eggs and pumpkin with a mixer or whisk. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake 25 min at 425° then 45 min at 350°. Pie is done when knife comes out clean after inserted in pie.
Yield: one pie.
