NACHOS & GREENS

Natural, Vegan

INGREDIENTS:
2 handfuls Kettle Black Bean Tortilla Chips
¼ cup organic onion, chopped
1 can Field Day Organic Veg Refried Black Beans
Simply Organic Garlic Salt and/or Cayenne Red Pepper to taste
1 organic avocado, cubed
½ tube Teese Dairy-Free Cheddar Cheese
2 handfuls organic lettuce, chopped
2 handfuls organic spinach leaves, chopped
1 organic tomato, chopped
Tofutti Better than Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:
Lay chips on plate. Combine onions, beans and spices in pot. Heat thoroughly. Scoop bean mix onto chips. Sprinkle avocado chunks over bean mix. Melt Teese cheese and drizzle over plate. Sprinkle lettuce, spinach and tomato on top. Garnish with Tofutti Sour Cream. Enjoy!
