MEXICAN CORNBREAD PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
1 box Dietary Specialties Cornbread Mix
1 lb ground meat
1 chopped onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup salsa
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Prepare cornbread and spread batter into greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Brown meat and onion and then drain.
- Add seasoning to salsa and spoon over crust.
- Sprinkle cheese over baked crust.
- Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese.
- Bake 4 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
