1 ½ lbs flank steak partially frozen and sliced
against the grain into ¼" slices or

1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp dried red chili flakes
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Toothpicks or bamboo skewers
DIRECTIONS:
Thread the meat strips on the skewers or toothpicks. In a small dry skillet, toast the sesame seeds stirring constantly. Let cool then crush with a pestle, glass bottom, etc. In a separate bowl combine the crushed seeds with the remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over top the beef coating it evenly. Let sit at room temperature until grill is hot. Cook 4 - 5 min on each side or until done to your preference.
