JIM'S CHILI

1 lb Walnut Acres or Logan Family Farms brisket or rump roast, cooked and shredded
½ lb hot sausage, sliced
½ lb mild sausage, sliced
1 organic green pepper, chopped
2 cups organic onions, chopped
2 stalks organic celery, chopped
2 seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers
3 organic garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp Spectrum Organic Safflower oil
1 ½ tsp of each: Simply Organic oregano, coriander, cayenne, chili pepper & cumin
1 tsp Hain sea salt
1 tsp Simply Organic pepper
2 cups Pacific Organic beef broth
1, 15 oz can Eden Organic kidney beans
1, 15 oz can Eden Organic garbanzo beans
2, 15 oz cans Eden Organic chili beans in sauce
1oz your favorite chocolate

DIRECTIONS:
Cook then shred brisket or roast. Saute green pepper, onions, celery, jalapenos, garlic and spices in 2 tbsp oil. Remove. Add 2 more tbsp oil to pan and brown sausage. Add brisket, broth, beans, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add sauteed vegetables.

Simmer covered for 30 min and uncovered for another 30 min. Remove from heat. Add chocolate.
