INSTANT CHRISTMAS RELISH

This is gluten-free, vegan and can be sugar-free!

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of whole cranberries
1 small orange
1 small apple
a pinch of cinnamon
¾ - 1 cup sweetener of choice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut fruit and remove all seeds.
  2. Throw everything into a food processor on “pulse” until you've reached relish consistency.
  3. Let sit overnight for best results.
