HOLIDAY FUDGE TREAT
INGREDIENTS:
6 oz Sunspire Organic Chocolate Chips
6 oz butterscotch chips
½ cup Organic Valley Butter
3 cups Elyon Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup peanuts
DIRECTIONS:
Microwave chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and butter for 1 ½ minutes on high. Stir and microwave another 1 ½ minutes until melted. Add the marshmallows and peanuts. Stir and spread into an 8 inch square pan lined with foil. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
