FRUIT COBBLER

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups peeled & sliced peaches
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter or 1 tsp lemon
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 ½ cups Pamela's Pancake/Baking Mix
½ cup milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Put peaches in a saucepan.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, butter or lemon and cornstarch and pour over peaches.
- Mix and bring to a boil until thick.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 9 pan.
- Mix together bake mix, milk, egg and butter.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto fruit.
- Bake 15 min at 400 and 10 min at 350.
