FRUIT COBBLER

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups peeled & sliced peaches
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter or 1 tsp lemon
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 ½ cups Pamela's Pancake/Baking Mix
½ cup milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put peaches in a saucepan.
  2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, butter or lemon and cornstarch and pour over peaches.
  3. Mix and bring to a boil until thick.
  4. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 pan.
  5. Mix together bake mix, milk, egg and butter.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto fruit.
  7. Bake 15 min at 400 and 10 min at 350.
