DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1 package GF chocolate cake mix
1 small package GF instant chocolate pudding
6 oz or 1 cup GF chocolate morsels
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups water
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour oil into 13” x 9” pan and swirl till covered.
- Put all other ingredients into pan and stir with fork about 2 min till blended.
- Scrape sides and spread batter evenly.
- Bake 35 – 45 min @ 350 degrees.
- Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with icing.
