CREAM CHEESE DOUGH NUT ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 3/4 cups Bette Hagman's Featherlight Flour Mix
1/4 cup sweet rice flour

DIRECTIONS:
Blend butter and cheese till it is not streaked. Blend in flour and refrigerate overnight.

FILLING:
1 egg
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp butter
2 cups finely chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS:

  1. With a rolling pin, roll dough thinly into a large circle.
  2. Cut into narrow wedges and dot with filling.
  3. Only use a little filling as it will grow.
  4. Roll up beginning with the wide end.
  5. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375.
  6. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
