CINNAMON COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking soda
2 cups almond flour
pecan halves

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except pecans, stirring the flour in last.
  2. Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Press a pecan half into each ball to flatten.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes at 275.
