ASPARAGUS

Going Green Are You???

INGREDIENTS:
Asparagus
eggs
onion
oil
vinegar
salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook the asparagus and hard boil eggs.
  2. Cut the eggs in 8ths.
  3. Mix together, add onion, oil, vinegar and S&P.
  4. Stir.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
  6. Let it set a little before serving so it marinates and thickens a little.
  7. Serve with a crusty bread.
