ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS:
Asparagus
eggs
onion
oil
vinegar
salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook the asparagus and hard boil eggs.
- Cut the eggs in 8ths.
- Mix together, add onion, oil, vinegar and S&P.
- Stir.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Let it set a little before serving so it marinates and thickens a little.
- Serve with a crusty bread.
