Q How do I place an order?
A You can place an order online that will reach us by email. You can also place an order by telephone using our toll-free number. We can then contact you via email or telephone with product availability, shipping and payment options.
Q How do you calculate shipping?
A We use actual USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Shipping and Delivery Confirmation to calculate shipping charges. An additional $2.50 will be added for handling.
Q How long will it take to get my purchases?
A Most purchases are shipped with 24 hours and delivered in 2 - 3 days.  Please let us know if you would like expedited shipping.
Q Will you have any online events, as well as the Wellness Events planned locally?
A We are constantly responding to customers and their requests.  You may well see on-line events here at our site in the future.
Q What is your return policy?
A We only accept preauthorized returns for the following reasons:    
1.  The item was damaged during shipment.    
2.  The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.    
3.  The item was shipped in error. Product must be returned within 15 days of the shipment date and the item must not be expired.
